Refund Policy Single Print PDF
1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final and Non-Refundable
Our templates are delivered as secure PDF files designed with a strict one-time printing limitation. This security feature ensures the unique value of the purchase.
Due to the digital nature of the product, the instant delivery, and the single-use constraint which is activated upon the first print attempt, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We strongly advise you to:

Review all product descriptions and previews before purchase.

Ensure your printer and setup are ready before initiating the single allowed print.
2. Product Delivery and Single-Print Activation

Upon purchase, you will receive a secure PDF file.

The system is designed to allow the PDF file to be printed only one (1) time. After the successful completion of the first print job, the file's printing permission is automatically revoked.

Refunds will not be granted if the file has been successfully downloaded and the printing limit has been reached, regardless of the quality of the resulting physical print (e.g., printer issues, paper jams, running out of ink). Your printing setup is your responsibility.
3. Exceptions to the "No Refund" Policy
A refund may only be considered under the following technical circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same template more than once (e.g., within a 48-hour period), we will refund the cost of the duplicate purchase upon verification.

File Corruption (Pre-Print): If the PDF file is fundamentally corrupted or refuses to open at all on standard PDF reader software (like Adobe Acrobat Reader) before any attempt to print has been made, and we are unable to provide a functioning replacement file within 72 hours of your report.

Failed Security Feature (Zero Prints): If the file security feature malfunctions and refuses to allow the single print on the first attempt, and we cannot resolve the issue with a replacement file within 72 hours.
4. Exclusions (Reasons We Cannot Offer a Refund)
We cannot process a refund for the following reasons, which relate to user action or external factors:

The template has been downloaded and the single-print limit has been reached.

The printed output is poor due to your printer's calibration, ink levels, paper quality, or user error (e.g., selecting the wrong size/settings).

You decided you do not like the template after seeing the physical copy.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet one of the strict exceptions in Section 3, please submit your request on the contact us page with the subject line: Refund Request - Order #Your Order Number. You must include detailed evidence (e.g. screenshots or videos) demonstrating the specific technical issue.
